Every story has a heartbeat. Every season has a rhythm.

I have been drawn to music for as long as I can remember. I began studying it as a child, especially brass instruments. I learned the trumpet and played the cornet, transpositor and cornetín in a cornet-and-drum band. Those years taught me rhythm, discipline, listening and how a melody can transform an emotion.

As a young man I became a DJ, including at the Tucumán nightclub in Lezuza, Albacete. The energy of the dance floor, the build-up before a drop and the connection with the audience stayed with me. Later, my professional responsibilities took me away from the DJ booth, but I never stopped experimenting with music.

Today I compose my own pieces for the literary worlds I write. My sagas and individual books inspire original soundtracks, and many of those themes also become dance versions. I love that a reader can discover a story on the page and find another way to feel it through music.

I also create independent dance tracks inspired by different seasons of the year. “Ritual”, my summer 2026 release, is part of that ongoing creative journey.
